This is also known as Time Banking, an easy way to share needs and skills. One hour of time equals one Time Dollar no matter what help you give. When you earn a Time Dollar you can spend it on any service that is offered or give it to someone else to use.

You might offer handyman help to someone and then choose to “buy” dog walking with the dollar or dollars you have earned. A chart will show the services available. This interaction builds connections within Klahanie and you get a service you want from someone close by without spending any “real” money. Everyone has something he or she can offer.
