Cardio, Core & Bootie-Camp (Mon & Wed 7pm) save $5 for both Mon and Wed classes
Join Chrissy for an hour of fun indoors. Designed to work up a sweat working a series of cardio stations, combining cardio abs and butt tightening exercises to really kick your workout into gear. Located in the canoe club gym. No class Easter Monday.
Mon classes begin March 26 until May 7 $40
Wed classes begin April 4until May 9 $40
Small Group Training (Wed 9.30am)
Join Chrissy for approx 45 min class. Perfect for those who need extra attention and want to train in a small group environment (max 5). Everything from balls, bands, dumbells & bosu could be used. This session will be as intense as you need it to be and can be modified depending on your fitness level. Begins March 28 until May 2 for 6 weeks $48. Excellent value for just $8 per class.
Swiss Ball – Pilates Fusion (Tue 7.45pm)
This class will combine the popular Pilates techniques and Swiss Ball. This powerful combination is perfect for developing strength, flexibility and coordination, not to mention flat abs. Pilates is appreciated by everyone from beginners, elite athletes to seniors. Instructor is Leisha and will meet in the downstairs dance room. Participants must bring their own ball to this class.
Begins April 3 until May 8 for 6 weeks $45.

The Health & Wellness committee was formed in August 2008 and consists of resident volunteers dedicated to building and sustaining active healthy lifestyles in our Klahanie community!
Mandate: To promote and develop fitness and health programs for the Klahanie community.
Mission: The Health and Wellness committee will be a voice for the Klahanie community on health, fitness and wellness programs.
