Hatha Yoga
Monday 6.30pm or 7.45pm
Join Shelly to concentrate on physical health & mental well-being. Hatha yoga uses bodily postures, breathing techniques,meditation with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. Classes held in the canoe club’s downstairs dance room.
Class dates are March 5, 19, 26, April 2, 16-5 sessions $38 No classes held on March 12, April 9, 23 or 30th

Pilates
Tuesdays 7.45pm
Famous for developing strength, flexibility and coordination, not to mention flat abs. Pilates is appreciated by everyone from beginners, elite athletes to seniors. Instructor is Leisha and will meet in the downstairs dance room.
Pilates dates are March 6, 13, 20, 27 for 4 weeks $29

Cardio, Core & Bootie-Camp
Monday 7pm or Wednesday 7pm
Join Chrissy & Kelly for an hour of fun indoors. Designed to work up a sweat working a series of cardio stations, combining cardio abs and butt tightening exercises to really kick your workout into gear. Located in the canoe club gym.
Monday and Wednesdays save $5 or choose either a Monday OR Wednesday at$45 for 7 weeks.  Classes run Feb 13 until March 29.

Small Group Training
Wed  9.30am
Join Chrissy for approx 45 min class. Perfect for those who need extra attention and want to train in a small group environment (max 5). Everything from balls, bands, dumbells & bosu could be used. This session will be as intense as you need it to be and can be modified depending on your fitness level.
begins March 14, 21 & 28th for 3 weeks $24

ZUMBA
Tues 6.30pm
Join Sonia for an hour of Zumba – the hottest dance party workout and fun you can have in one class.
Zumba begins March 6 ending March 27 – 4 sessions $25

The Health & Wellness committee was formed in August 2008 and consists of resident volunteers dedicated to building and sustaining active healthy lifestyles in our Klahanie community!

Mandate: To promote and develop fitness and health programs for the Klahanie community.
Mission: The Health and Wellness committee will be a voice for the Klahanie community on health, fitness and wellness programs.
